NucleoFill. An innovative line of bio-stimulating products based on natural polynucleotides
NucleoFill is an innovative product that deeply regenerates the skin and gives a prolonged bio-reconstruction effect through lifting, moisturising, and anti-oxidating action.
Lifting. The polynucleotide molecules from the product activate two types of fibre receptors in fibroblasts. It leads to an activation of their maturation and stimulates production of Type I collagen. The result is a natural skin lifting and improved elasticity.
Hydration. Hydrophilic groups of individual nucleotides bind water to allow deep tissue hydration.
Anti-oxidation. Polymeric macromolecules are able to immediately fight free radicals, reducing oxidative stress.
The treatment is recommended for patients who want to improve their facial contour. It boosts elasticity and hydration for a healthy, natural look.
Two concentrations of NucleoFill are available:
NucleoFill Medium — contains 1.5ml of 2% polynucleotide,
NucleoFill Strong — contains 1.5 ml of 2.5% polynucleotide.

How to prepare for the procedure:
- A medical consultation is necessary prior to the procedure.
- A topical anaesthetic cream may be applied to the area subject to treatment, 30 minutes before the procedure.
Procedure description and effects:
- An experienced doctor aligns concentration of the product to the patient’s skin individual needs.
- A specialist decides on whether the formula will be administered using a needle or cannula.
- During the procedure, the patient may experience gentle spreading and stinging sensation.
- As a result of a NucleoFill treatment, the skin is bio-stimulated to regenerate, and as a result it becomes denser and firmer. The facial contour improves, and minor wrinkles are reduced.
- You can return to your daily activities straight after the procedure.
- It is recommended to have 2-4 treatments at 4-week intervals.
After the procedure:
- For 48 hours after the procedure it is advised not to use the sauna or swimming pools.
- Skin redness, itching, swelling and tenderness may occur in the treated area for 2-3 days after the treatment.
- Intense physical activity should be abstained from.
- It is recommended to use an SPF 50+ cream and avoid exposure to sunlight.
