Fractional Laser

The CO2 fractional laser is used to remove wrinkles, scars, stretch marks and reduce enlarged pores. It gives a long-lasting lifting effect and leaves the skin smooth, brightener, tighter and more elastic. It is a device that allows you to perform treatments in hard to reach places, such as the lower or upper eyelids.

Indications:

  • Photoageing of the skin,
  • Loss of elasticity,
  • Acne scars, post-traumatic scars,
  • Visible pores,
  • Discolouration,
  • Stretch marks.

How to prepare for the procedure:

  • A consultation with a dermatologist is necessary.
  • Men should shave 24 hours before the treatment, so that the skin during the procedure is not irritated.
  • Topical anesthetic cream is applied 30-40 minutes before the procedure

Procedure effects:

  • The best results are achieved after a series of 3-5 treatments carried out at 4-6 weeks intervals.
  • The fractional laser is used to remove wrinkles and furrows, correct scars, reduce widened pores and increase skin tightness. It provides a lifting effect where it is necessary – on the face, neck, upper chest, abdomen, shoulders, etc.

After the procedure:

  • For about 2 hours the patient experiences discomfort similar to the reaction to intense tanning.
  • The erythema and swelling occur for 2-3 days. There may also be a slight, temporary darkening of the skin, which disappears after a few days, and superficial exfoliation of the epidermis, which is the result of the renewal process.
  • The day after the procedure, only the use of cold compresses and soothing creams recommended by the doctor is allowed.
  • From the following day, the patient can wash the skin with sensitive skin cleansing formula and frequently apply regenerating cream.
  • Following the procedure it is advised to stay covered from the sun and protect the skin with an SPF 50+ cream.

 Contraindications:

  •  Fresh tan,
  •  Pregnancy,
  •  Acute acne,
