Hydrafacial

One of the most commonly performed non-invasive revitalising treatments in the world, combining mechanical exfoliation, active ingredients in the form of serum/acids and vacuum stimulation. This results in immediate and visible cleansing, moisturising and firming of the skin, giving it a rejuvenated, healthy shine. It is recommended as a pre-party facial.

Indications:

  • acne and blackhead prone skin
  • discolourations
  • mature skin
  • dry and dehydrated skin
  • dull skin lacking natural glow
  • damaged hydrolipid skin barrier

How to prepare for the procedure:

  • A week prior to the procedure, the patient should stop applying any exfoliants (including products containing vitamin A),
  • and refrain from sunbathing.

Procedure description and effects:

  • The treatment involves removing dead skin, blackheads and any impurities from the skin using a special hydro-microdermabrasion head.
  • In subsequent stages, active ingredients adapted to patient’s individual needs are injected into the skin using disposable tips.
  • The use of vacuum intensively stimulates microcirculation, providing a lifting effect. The vacuum level is adjusted to the individual needs of the patient, guaranteeing effective skin treatment and protection.
  • At the end of the procedure, LED light is used, which, depending on the indications and needs of the patient’s skin will improve skin tone and delay the ageing process, calm reactive, red skin, and support the regeneration of acne-prone skin.
  • The procedure leaves the skin cleansed, super moisturised, firm and radiant.

After the procedure:

  • Shortly after the treatment, the skin may be slightly irritated (reddened).
  • You can return to your daily activities straight after the procedure.
  • A photoprotection should be used.
  • For an optimal, long-lasting effect a course of 4 treatments is recommended at 3-4 week intervals.

Contraindications:

  • acute acne and rosacea
  • contact allergy
  • irritated skin
  • active cold-sore
